to refer to your letter of the 8th of November, 1950, and to Colonial Office letter of the 22nd of February last and to say that he would be glad to learn whether there is any way in which he could assist the Army Council to come to a speedy decision regarding the claims arising from an explosion in Hong Kong in January, 1946.
